Job Description:
- Manage recruitment process for foreign office and a part of Vietnamese office
- Post job vacancies on Social network, recruitment websites or other recruitment platforms
- Coordinate with leader/manager to built job descriptions
- Source and Screen CVs, arrange and join in interviews, announce interview results,…
- In-charge of welcoming new-hire onboard
- Draft and store labor contracts, employee records
- Prepare yearly, quarterly, monthly recruitment reports to BOD
- Propose, advise talent acquisition policies to BOD, build employer branding
- Other duties as assigned
- Support to organize company’s events
Your Skills and Experience:
- Graduated from College or above
- Have 1 year of experience as talent acquisition, recruiter, HR officer, recruitment consultant or headhunter,…
- Fluent in English
- Dynamic, careful, persistent
- Arrange and manage tasks well
- Good communication skill
- proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Have experience in organizing events, activities is a plus
