Job Description:

  • Manage recruitment process for foreign office and a part of Vietnamese office
  • Post job vacancies on Social network, recruitment websites or other recruitment platforms
  • Coordinate with leader/manager to built job descriptions
  • Source and Screen CVs, arrange and join in interviews, announce interview results,…
  • In-charge of welcoming new-hire onboard
  • Draft and store labor contracts, employee records
  • Prepare yearly, quarterly, monthly recruitment reports to BOD
  • Propose, advise talent acquisition policies to BOD, build employer branding
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Support to organize company’s events

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Graduated from College or above
  • Have 1 year of experience as talent acquisition, recruiter, HR officer, recruitment consultant or headhunter,…
  • Fluent in English
  • Dynamic, careful, persistent
  • Arrange and manage tasks well
  • Good communication skill
  • proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Have experience in organizing events, activities is a plus
