Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and managing modern, automated, cloud infrastructure
  • Operational Support: support Development Team troubleshoot system and application issues, release, and change management settings
  • Collaborating with product teams to deliver functionality in a repeatable
  • Report periodically or upon request to managers

Requirements:

  • General requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
    • Proficient in reading and writing English documents
    • Ability to write readable, well-documented code
    • Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities
    • Proficient with version control systems like Git
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Technical requirements
    • 3+ years of experience hand-on on any public Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
    • Experience designing and building web environments on AWS (EC2, S3, Route53, Lambda, CloudWatch, Load Balancer, etc.)
    • Good understanding of AWS Networking (VPC, NAT Gateway, etc.)
    • Experience with SQL & No SQL Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, such as: Diagnostic problems, Query logs, Monitor operation
    • An understanding of writing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform
    • Experience with REST API, WebSocket
    • Working knowledge of version control
    • Container management
    • Implement security to cloud infrastructure services
    • Implement observability in cloud solutions
    • Policy control management: IAM Identity Center, IAM policy
  • Nice to Have
    • Certifications: Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solution Architect Associate – Professional, AWS SysOps Administrator) is a plus
