1. Recruitment
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine talent needs, develop and execute immediate and long-term recruitment strategies to meet business objectives and needs
  • Prepare recruitment material.
  • Proactively conduct market research and source potential candidates through internal & external channels.
  • Perform the end-to-end recruitment process including screening calls, assessment, in-person interview scheduling,…
  • Announce results and send job offers to qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain close relationship with hiring managers, candidates, and other relevant stakeholders
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit interviews and necessary paperwork
3. Employee database management
  • Prepare and follow up employment contracts and HR-related documents (probation contract, labor contract, non-disclosure agreement, minutes of handover, promotion, resignation,…)
  • Maintain accurate employee records, both hard copy and electronic, ensuring timely updates and corrections.
4. Employee relation
  • Act as a bridge between employees and BOD on employee relation issues (both VN and international offices)
5. Company events
  • Assist in organizing internal events: Tet, 8/3, sport day, company trip, mid – autumn festival, 20/10, Christmas, YEP,…
6. Reporting
  • Provide monthly/quarterly/annual recruitment reports to Leader/Manager.
7. Other tasks assigned by Leader/Manager


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Management, or related majors.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in recruitment.
  • Fluent in English (to work with foreigner candidates).
  • Familiar with recruitment platforms and professional networks.
  • Candidate sourcing and database management.
  • Communication and interview skills.
  • Experienced in hiring in IT and Marketing fied is preferable.


  • Review salary: twice a year.
  • 13th-month salary;
  • Year-end bonus based on performance and business results;
  • Annual leave: 12 days per year + seniority leave (cashback allowed if not used)

  • Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:30
