Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision and Implementation:

  • Manage the products and projects of the IT department (products and outsourcing), ensuring progress and summarizing results.
  • Lead CRM projects with a focus on customization to enhance business operations.
  • Ensure that best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including code reviews, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Manage the professional and efficient operation of the company’s website, including technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and data backup.
  • Manage resource allocation, project schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and fix crucial issues that pertain to server logs, network, backend, and frontend source code.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the software engineering team.

IT Department Management:

  • Manage, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the IT department.
  • Define and develop the direction of the IT department, including planning and operational policies.

Technology Strategy Development:

  • Research, implement, and advise the BOD on technology solutions to develop a tech strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Develop systems for functions within new projects in response to challenging requirements.

Infrastructure Building and Enhancement:

  • Ensure the integrity and security of data, network access, and backup systems.
  • Uphold and enhance critical IT infrastructure, encompassing operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and propose budgets for the IT department to ensure efficient utilization.
  • Compile and summarize IT department expenses monthly.

Requirements:

Background & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong technical background in software engineering, with expertise in modern development technologies and methodologies.
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role at system-sized Corporations or Companies.
  • Experience in setting up CRM deployment environments.
  • Experience in managing software development projects and leading cross-functional teams. Expertise in frontend (Reactjs), backend (NodeJs), business analysis, quality control.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excelling at simplifying design and solutions.
  • Experience in operating server systems such as Linux;  AWS and MySQL database.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure such as cloud, networking, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of the ISO 27001 Standard.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.

  • Experienced in project management, strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Strong commitment to quality and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Highly skilled in working independently, taking initiative, and motivating team members.

  • Salary: Negotiable.
