Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with the communication plan to ensure the achievement of the company’s business objectives.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of marketing channels, adhering to budget constraints, and acquiring customers for the company.
  • Conduct research and implement potential marketing channels and campaigns to expand outreach to potential customers in both quantity and quality.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Department to organise the classification and evaluation of the effectiveness and quality of contacts from each marketing channel, with the aim of filtering, eliminating, and developing effective channels.
  • Cultivate, maintain, and enhance the company’s image across various channels, including the website, social media, email, and more.
  • Regularly monitor brand mentions on the web, forums, social media, and related platforms, and develop plans to handle communication crises effectively.
  • Monitor and provide support to team members to ensure the successful completion of tasks within the department.
  • Organise training sessions and keep the team updated on industry knowledge.
  • Strategically assign and oversee human resources to ensure the timely and quality implementation of tasks.
  • Identify and propose team members with the potential for training, rotation, and advancement to higher positions.
  • Conduct monthly KPI assessments for all department members.


Background: Degree in Business or Marketing Major.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience working for a marketing agency is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity and extensive experience with all brand communication channels (blog, social, email).
  • Broad knowledge of various content types on different content publishing platforms and practical experience in content deployment.

  • Salary: Negotiable.
  • Review salary: twice a year.
  • 13th-month salary;
